How do i record email conversations from Outlook in Nav 2009 R2, we used to have a feature in SalesLogix with an Outlook add-in where we selected send by SLX in Outlook & this sent the email & also recorded this in SalesLogix so that we have an audit trail. In this possible in Nav & if so - How?

    Hi

Yep, you can do the same thing in NAV 2009 but the setup is slightly different

If you open the C/Side help from the classic client there is some good information in there about how to set it all up

    Cheers

Hello, these links are for NAv 2013 & i do not seem to be able to find a similar article for 2009 R2 - is it possible? In my Nav the martketing setup - e-mail logging then only the  Time interval & email logging user id fields are available to edit, the others are grey'ed out. I will speak to our partner, but wanted a better understanding before they start charging me for develooment work.

    Thanks
