Adding a Bonus Goal

Hi everyone

From what I can see, Dynamics 365 for Talent allows two types of goals, a "normal" and a "stretch" goal. I need a third type called "Bonus Goal". This is for where the employee has his normal goals but receives a an additional bonus if he really, really works hard.

1. Is it possible to add a third type?

2. If not, how do we handle this requirement?
