Hi Everyone,
I have configured the flow. When the case resolved send the survey to the customer. After submitting the survey again I'm reopening the case storing the rating value into the case entity using the flow.
Here couldn't able to close the case after reopening the case. Facing the below issue
Power Automate issue: This message can not be used to set the state of the incident to Resolved. In order to set the state of the incident to Resolved, use the CloseIncidentRequest message instead.

To Resolve incident you should call "Close Incident" unbound action - d365demystified.com/.../

You can also try creating a case resolution record when your conditions are met.
