Customer Voice tables not being updated in the default solution

When I add a new Customer voice survey via the UI the record is added correctly into the table in the default solution: msfp_survey BUT when any updates are made in the UI they are not reflected in the default solution table.

Does anyone know if this is by design? I'm sure this was working previously.

We are also having issues with responses and some invites not appearing in the default solution tables as well
