I would like to ask regarding Master Data Management as a feature in Business Central, that is not updating even though the sync and job queue are working.
Our client is using Business Central cloud, and there are 11 companies with 1 company as the holding company.
We set up a process where each time the holding company creates a master record, such as Customer, Vendor, and Chart of Account, it will synchronize to the other companies.
It was working fine until I don't know when; the synchronization is still running, the job queue is active, but the data is not updating in some companies.
No customizations have been made in this area.
