hi All,

I am facing a strange issue. When i try to add members to static marketing list taking lot of time and failing.

I am using CRM 2016 on-prem.

Has anyone faced the issue?

It appears to be product bug?

Any idea on this?

Hi all,

We contacted microsoft on this and they accpeted it as a product bug in CRM 2016 sp1. it got rectified in updated version.

If you create a new list, can you add them there? or is it all Marketing lists? Has it worked before?
