    Hi partner,

1.Do you have any custom plug-ins related to Queue? If so, please stop all plug-ins and try again in a pure environment.

2.Let's see how "Add to Queue" works behind the scenes in CRM.

    • If we add the activity to Queue for the first time, the "Create" and "Add to Queue" feature will be triggered on the QueueItem entity.
    • If we move the activity from one Queue to the other, only "Add to Queue" feature will be triggered.

So, we should open "Plugin Registration Tool" and check that if their registration steps are correct.

You could also refer to this blog.

Please contact us after testing the above ways. If this issue still there, we will help you raise a ticket to Microsoft Support Team for more professional answer.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo

    Hello LeoAlt,

Thank you for your answer, we don't use any custom plug-ins on Queue or QueueItems entities.
