Grid to excel doesn't works

Dear all,

I just join a company which is using Microsoft SL. But the feature Grid to Excel had never works. The button is accessible but when I click on It, nothing happens.

I read some post about grid to excel issues but I m not sure it is my problem.

We are using a client to connect to Microsoft SL. Maybe Excel has to be installed on the server to authorise this feature ???

I had the same problem, but I had the Avery Ad-In (Avery Wizard) Installed. I had to disable it for Excel it, and then my grid to Excel feature worked.
