MS Business Central Charity price list

Hi to everyone,

I have a pretty strange question regarding Micorosft price lists for Business Central licenses.

I am working for a NGO and I know that there is a special price list for charity organizations. The problem is that different CSP propose me different prices:

if you notice, there is a difference of 10%.

both CSP told me that these are the standard charity prices for Feb 2026.

Do you know if there is a "source of truth" somewhere in the MS environment?

thanks in advance

Federico

    Hi

I think this is the best place to look, it is the official web page of Microsoft for NGO.

    Hello Federico,

There is indeed a single source of truth for CSP charity pricing: the official Microsoft CSP price list in Partner Center. All CSP partners download the same monthly NCE price list from Partner Center, so base Microsoft pricing (including Nonprofit/Charity SKUs) should be identical. If you’re seeing a 10% difference, it’s almost always due to CSP margin, different billing terms (monthly vs annual commitment or prepaid vs monthly billing), currency differences, or additional services included in the quote. There is no public website where NGOs can independently verify these prices — only CSPs have access. The safest approach is to ask both CSPs for the exact SKU name, term, billing frequency, currency, and confirmation that it’s the official Nonprofit SKU from Partner Center.
