Tenant Media data delete

Hi Gurus,
 
I'd like to delete the Tenant Media table's data which is the Mime type is /application/octet-stream/ and no value in the /Description/ and /File Name/, /Height/, /Width/ column. If I delete this then what kind of problem expected?
 
 
And does anyone know why the system generates these data and how to prevent it from generating data with empty values?
