Embeded CRM Form inside a modal with javascript

Hello everyone

I'm trying to inlcude a CRM From inside a modal/lightbox on a website.
On the first button click to open the modal the form will be rendered.

On the second attempt to open the modal I've got the following error in the console:
> Uncaught Error: MsCrmFormLoader is already defined, make sure Dynamics 365 Marketing loader.js script is not included twice in the page

Is it possible to shift around the error without using an iframe integration of the form itself?

Found a solution with `delete MsCrmMkt.MsCrmFormLoader;`, but I'd like to know if there is another - maybe better - option for it.
