Export data between two CRM online environment

Hi,

I'd like to export contacts and all activities related to another CRM environment
Can i do it just by excel or i need to use a tool.

    Hello,

    There are multiple ways to do this.

    1. Yes, you can do it by Excel. Any data can be exported from Dynamics 365 (CRM) to Excel sheets, you'll find an 'Export to Excel' button on every view page (lists of records). Any exported data in Excel can be imported back into Dynamics 365 as well, next to the export button there is an 'Data Import' button.

    2. You can also use the Configuration Migration Tool
      This tool isn't really meant for this purpose but, it's very good at copying records (data) from one Dynamics 365 organization to another.

    3. The most complex option is to use the SSIS integration Toolkit from KingswaySoft.
      This is a commercial product which allows you to create SSIS packages to transfer large amount of data from and to Dynamics 365.

      This requires Visual Studio and some technical know-how
