Hello,

Issue : Display the field Value in ADX Web Page

I am displaying the out of box field scheduled duration minutes field in ADX portal web page. The field is not displaying the default value. In CRM it shows the value.

entity permissions are set correctly? You get any other field values for that record in the Portal?

Yes, I am using Entity Form Metadata already. Saved Value not showing when you open the CRM form in ADX for the attribute. The values are in the drop down.

The entity is serviceappointment and attribute scheduleddurationminutes.

Hi Alexander, Thanks for reaching out.

Can you clarify what entity, and is the schema name for the field you are referencing?

Keep in mind with Project Service and Field Service there are many fields that have default values populated by OOB javascript running in CRM on the forms. If this that scenario you can use Entity Form Metadata to set the default value in the Portal to match.

Let me know how far this gets you.
