We have upgraded to the GP 2015, but only have the Vets-100 report. How do we upgrade to the Vets-4212 report?

    I was just researching this for a client. It looks like the report was added to GP 2016. I'm trying to find the official information on when it was added to GP but it's definitely in GP 2016 R2.
