Generate Account no only in NAV

Hello,


I have integrated CRM to NAV via standard connector, When I am trying to sync Account without Account no connector throw "Primary key element No in service Integration_Customer_Card_Service is empty or null.  Empty and null elements are not allowed in primary keys." error.

My scenario is to generate account no only in NAV then sync back to CRM.

Please help me to resolve this.

    Hi Jazz Tyagi,

    You means You one account create in NAV and sync this account NAV to CRM that time above error is throw?

    According to my knowledge, You create Account in CRM System after then sync to NAV that time must be account number is required.

    Without Account number you can't be sync. Account number should be sync between CRM to NAV integration because it is automatically generated connector for mapping purpose with account number and GUID. 

    Unique ID for both system.
