I am trying to add new users to a upgraded Business Portal 6.1. I can see my domain but it is not pulling any domain groups. Any ideas on why/fixes?

The answer was due to problems with the Active X controls. We had security restrictions preventing them from running. Updated and pulling okay now.
You should start with importing your active directory users and group, there is an old article which could help you get settled Business Portal Requisitions - Users List WebPart
