why report behave like this?

Hi All,

i have a customized report in Role Center Actions. when i access this report from Web-client i didn't get any thing in preview page just like blank, but through windows client i got my values.

why it is behave like this? did any one face this issue please suggest me.

In this case, copy the standard report like 301 - Vendor - List (Simple List Report) and amend the same per your requirement and see if it works.

You may change the data items & report layout as per your need, but keep standard similar report as base report and see if it works.

Hi Vishal,

Thanks For the reply, my report just like simply 4 columns only with no margins and i access this report through actions in role center and my page size is Letter i mean height and width fixed.

This is due to Report Layout & page setup not defined correctly. Better you reduce the margins / Height and Width etc. and see if it works.

Also refer standard report and try to understand the layout & margins.

but when i send this report to PDF,WORD or Excel my data is fine why it is happen for only preview.
