Business Central 24.1 is slow

Hi everyone,
some of our client are facing latency issue,
when it loads for the first time its really slow to load. even if i change the role its still same.
not just 1 client, but more than 3.
this issue happen in our BC version 24.1
does anyone have the same issue?

    If it is an On-Pre version, please confirm the components of the system server first.
    In addition, this may also be caused by customization, and you can use the following standard functions to test it.
    Business Central 2022 wave 1 (BC20): In-client performance profiler (Performance Profiler page)

    Business Central 24.1 is slow
    If you are using BC Saas, then the best is to contact support. They can check your telemetry, our you can too, and then assist you.
    In case you are using BC On Prem, you need to ask your admin and check if it's a hardware issue (RAM, CPU, DB) or something else.

    I understand that you are talking about an on-premise installation, please can you review this information and analyze where the problem could be.
