Hi Mustufa, Is there a way to do this only when the email relates to an open case? So, if the email is related to a closed case it will remain in the queue?

Hope you are doing well.
You cannot disable queue items to be created when emails flow into the queue but you can remove the queue items from the queue.
You can create a WF/plugin to remove the queue items in the queue once queue items are created.
