When I run the projected depreciation report (by period), I get the depreciation for each asset, for each month, listed by Asset ID. However, for budget purposes, I need the monthly depreciation amounts, for each asset, sorted by location ID so that the projected amounts correspond with our GL depreciation expense accounts for 17 stores. Any ideas as to how to do this?

Thank you very much! We don't have SmartList Builder so we're going to try the Excel solution.
Run the projection and then create a SmartList Builder Report against the FA41900 table. To get the additional information you will have to bring in information from the General Asset Master (FA00100) and if you need additional information from the Book you would need the FA00200 (Book Master). If you don't have SmartList Builder then you can use Excel and connect to the database and get the information from each of the tables and do some vlookups quickly. Then you should be able to get what you need.
