Hello Everyone,
I have this serious error with the Hq server, wandering if someone has had a similar error before
HQ Server Error is "Run-Time Error 3002: File Could not be opened"
HQ client Error "Zip file structure Invalid"
When this happens communications with the HQ Client is stopped
RMS Version 2.0.0127
Please I need urgent assistance

I searched through 4 years of support ticket history but we have not logged anything related to a "Run-Time Error 3002" and Microsoft Dynamics RMS HQ here at RITE and we support several retail chains using HQ.
I just had the same thing occur when gathering worksheets from a single store, any word from the experts on this?
