I am hoping you can assist me as I think my brain is going to explode!
I have a Power Automate flow which is triggered by an MS Form. We use this in our company for new users, i.e. the line manager completes the MS Form, triggering the Power Automate flow which does a number of different things (e.g. informing HR, sending set up information to the relevant parties, etc.)
My issue is with one of the upload functions on the MS Form. We ask the line manager to upload a Proof of Right to Work using the upload attachment question type on MS Forms. Then with Power Automate, we pull it through from One Drive then put it into a SharePoint list on HR's teams site. However, I have been sporadically experiencing a 'Bad Gateway Error' and cannot find any common themes, i.e. file types, etc. It will randomly fail the flow which is causing delays and issues with getting new starters into our business. Can you please assist?
