Hi,
may i know Is there a way to indicate know whether the rating of a vendor in Navision 2018?
For example, when we receive cargo that is not in good condition and return for some reason.
To Keep track on how many times that we reject their goods etc.

As Dirk and Steve said there is no standard functionality available to fulfill your requirement however you can do it by custom development after that development you can publish it as ISV add-on.

Adding to what Dirk replied... Out of the Box their is not Vendor Rating functionality. However, you can create Vendor Performance spreadsheet looking at Posted Receipt Date compared to Requested. Quantity Received vs. Original Quantity. I am attaching a sample. I did hear of an Addon:

No I think there is no standard functionality available to support this.
The only thing I see is that we have the return reasons specified in the return orders ... but there is no match back to the vendors as far as I know.
I think this would require some development / an extension.
But I think this is a good idea and suggest you add a product suugestion in ideas / aka.ms/BCideas.
This gives other users the chance to see the idea and vote for it if they also find in useful.
The more votes a suggestions gets the better the chances to get this done in the standard functionality.
