Account folder name should not contain any GUID. Folder name should be created as following naming convention: [Account Name] [_] [Account ID in sharepoint when a document is uploaded in dynamics 365 for sales Account or in portals

There is also a new XrmToolBox tool to update the OrgDbSettings if you do not want to install the managed solution.
You need to download OrgDbSettings solution from :github.com/.../OrganizationSettingsEditor_8.0_Managed_1.0.2005.2801.zip
Import it on CRM
After import ends, open the solution and you will see a list of configuration parameters :
Search for CreateSPFoldersUsingNameandGuid and confirm if its set to false, if not click on Add and change it to False.

Please use OrgDbSettings solution (github.com/.../releases) and confirm if the CreateSPFoldersUsingNameandGuid setting is set to False.
