I have two unmanaged solutions.
one contains some contents similar to the second solution.
now if i go to settings area and then click on solutions it will display all the solutions.
Now if i click on the Publish All Customizations, what impact will it have.
can anyone let me know.

Although , i didn't cross verify it so it's hard to say on this.
but on the logical front i will mark this as answer.
When you import a solution which already exist, it will check the version number.
If the version number you are importing is greater than existing one it will replace it .
If the version number of existing sol is greater than the one being imported , it will retain the customization of existing one.

Can you elaborate a little on version number.?
Suppose i have two solutions.
1. first solution version 1.1.0.0
2. second solution version 1.1.1.0
first solution is imported later than the second one and Published.
Which customization will have impact now? first solution or second solution.
Depending upon the version number of solution. Newer version will replace the existing versions of the solution (in publish all customizations).
Otherwise if you publish a particular solution. It will overwrite the previous one.

If you are having two Unmanaged solution with same components. If you make changes to the component in one solution, you will see the same in both solutions.
Unmanaged solutions leave permanent impact on the customization. Whatever you have done in the customization will overwrite the current customization. So whichever solution you publish after, will overwrite the previous one.
