I upgraded gp 2010 to gp2013 , after that purchasing series posting becomes very slow, documents which takes normally 4,5 minutes now taking half hour. I tried all these options which are mention here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/898982 , but still nothing...
how can I fix it now ??

There are many reason may cause for GP performance issue.
Are you using Desktop Client or Citrix Client or Web Client?
Have you faced the same performance issues on GP server as well?
How many transactions included to the purchasing batch which you was tried to post in series post window?
