Error In Workflow for payment journal in reject / cancel payment

We have created one workflow for payment journal in which i am getting error by which approver is not able to cancel or reject the request and same happening with requester as he is not able to cancel the request he sent for approval. Please let me know if anyone has any solution for it. Please find the error i am getting below. Thanks.
