Voice Of Customer version (9.0.1371.8) migrate to new tenant

Hi Expert,

Voice Of Customer version (9.0.1371.8) was used in our old system(tenant) but now we want to migrate our own tenant to a new tenant but we are facing an error screenshot attached for your reference.i have to install latest Dynamics 365 Customer Voice but no any success.

    Hi there,

    The Voice of the customer solution was retired way back in early 2020. Looks like your solution has a dependency on Voice of customer. You will have to remove the dependency and then try to retire the solution.

    After that, the installation of the Customer Voice solution will be successful.
