When trying to resolve a case within dynamics 365 I get this error;
Contact With Id = [*Their ID*] Does Not Exist
The ID that it provides is an employee who is cc'ed into the customer service emails at our company. We have recently migrated our production environment to a dev environment for devloping new changes in hence why the employee ID might not exist.
Any tips on how to troubleshoot this issue?
Apologies, this has been resolved now. The problem was that an email process (under customisations/processes) was directly cc'ing an employee by their old ID for some reason.
