We have PSA licenses though existing Customer Engagement IUR entitlement and an existing implementation. When we attempt to create new environment with Project Operations, we get an error message saying we aren't licensed for Project Operations. Looking at the details of the licensed users we see items like "Project Operations for CDS", etc.
What is going on?
Hello. There is a transition plan for D365 PSA, CE Plan, UO Plan, & Plan 2 licenses:
- Customer with active usage of PSA or PMA will automatically have Project Operations added to these licenses
- Customers without active usage or who are unsure if they have active usage with qualifying licenses can opt-in at any point until March 31, 2021 by submitting a support ticket. Customers are responsible for submitting a support ticket
- Project Operations will be added to qualifying licenses in April 2021. Customers who wish to have Project Operations added to qualifying licenses sooner can fill out this survey.
