We are running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. I am trying to enter a maintenance contract and am struggling. Our contract is for semi-annual maintenance of HVAC units in a Trailer park where the number of trailers getting maintained may vary. Here's the language in the contract:
"Annual Maintenance program for XXX Park Model Rentals uints Mini Split AC Units.
Ductless Mini Splits includes: cleaning filters, cleaning drain lines, check Freon levels, wash outdoor coils and check amp draws every 6 months .
Total per unit yearly: $240.00"
Where I'm struggling is trying to enter the contract for an unknown total price. Does anyone know how to enter this type of contract?
