Incoming documents back up

Posted on by 5

How I can get all the back up documents that we were attaching to business central,( attachment to Ap entries, journal entries, vendor cards, client cards etc) ? Are they stored in a particular cloud location so I can transfer them to a hard drive or a folder.?

If you are running BC online there is no way you can download them all in one chunk. And because Microsoft is doing the backups you do not really have to worry about that.

    Thanks,

So there is no easy way to download all or by modules.? It will take me for ever to compile all of them.

They directly saved in to your tenant DB, and you have to access those attachment by going to individual masters.
