CC Pyament not creating invoice for CC Vendor

Hi All,
 
I'm running into and issue where an invoice was paid via CC, however GP didn't create the invoice for the CC Vendor.
 
This has always worked as this is done weekly.,
 
When i ran the find in tables script, it shows the document in the pm30200, but no corresponding entry for the cc vendor in the pm20000.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Has this same company credit card worked properly in the past?  (If it is new, double-check the setup.)
    Do you see the original invoice in history for the vendor you purchased from?  If so, what does it show it was applied to?
    Do you have any batches that need to be recovered?
    Were there any errors/issues when the manual payment was posted?
