Cannot post purchasing Batch

Hello Everyone!

Our company seems to be having problems posting Batches and I can't for the life of me find a solution in Customersource.

When I go into Purchasing >>Transactions>>Batches and try to post a Batch or print an edit list, I get the following error.

[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.

 

After this happens, the batch then goes into Batch Recovery. Once the Batch is out of Batch recovery, the cycle starts over again. To clarify, this is a recent issue and is happening to 'all' purchasing batches in this particular company. Thanks in advance to everyone!

    Thanks for your response Andrew!

    Sorry I didn't include it in my original post, but I did try running checklinks on all the series. Sadly, nothing was picked up and the issue persisted. I have not worked with support debugging tools before, but I will look into it.

    update: Well, looks like I can only download the support debugging tool through customersource. drats.

    At a guess, the problem may be due to duplicated data in one of the GP tables. Have you tried running check links. Alternatively you could use the Support Debugging Tools to determine the last SQL query executed and then investigate the data in that table. Note that if you are forced to modifiy data in tables, make a complete backup before you proceed.
