Changes not saving in Emails

Hi,
It's a bit hard to document, but one of your marketing coordinator is experiencing an issue: when she saves an email after she made some changes, when she come back in the email, the changes are not applied anymore. 
I tested and I can't reproduce the issue. Did it happen to anyone else?
I thought that maybe a right to Write in te Emails was missing, but she is not getting error message.
