Can you please explain what does "dynamics 365 bids" mean? IFAIK there is no such product.
I heard about BIDS that is called SSDT now.
Also I heard about Dynamics 365 Report authoring extension.
So what have you installed and in what order? Also would be great to see where did you get installation packages from to understand what could went wrong.
