Error in Job Queue Log

Posted on by 810

I am getting this error In the Job Queue Log Entries window when I try to setup Automatic bank import:

Record ID to Process must have a value in Job Queue Entry: ID={714DB805-2551-4BCC-BDE6-A9EDC50E2A98}. It cannot be zero or empty.

How can I correct it?

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Yodlee feed extension and it works correctly now.

    Hi Jennifer,

I do not have any files since I need it to use the Yodlee feed

  • RE: Error in Job Queue Log

    Hello Ezra,

Thank you for the additional information. Based on what I'm finding it's looking for this field in your import file.  Do you have a Record ID to Process field in your import file?  Can you add this and see if it resolves the error?

The only other thing that I see as different is the Description of your Automatic Import of Bank Stmt, yours doesn't include the name of the Bank Account being used like the one that is created when you enable it from the Bank Account window (when Yodlee is activated). I don't think this is the issue, but it is one difference that I noticed.

If you would like I can do some additional testing with this in house, if that is an option, please direct message me the following and I can take a look:

    a. A sample import file

    b. An exported Data Exchange Definition that you are using.

    Regards,

    Jennifer Reinhardt

    Hi Jennifer,

The default Job Queue for Automatic Import of Bank Stmt was not in the list so I tried creating a custom one based on the settings in the Demo company.

    Thanks

    Ezra

    Hello Ezra,

I think we need a few more details regarding this situation.   Can you please reply with the following information:

    1. Are you setting up a custom Job Queue for Automatic Import of Bank Stmt.?

    2. Can you send us a screen shot of the Job Queue Entry Card or your Job Queue (making sure to "show more" on the fast tabs)?

I'd like to take a look at the setup and do some testing in house to see what could be going on here.

    Regards,

    Jennifer Reinhardt
