    Hi Ramesh,

Yes, you can use Permission to restrict user access to Activities in Department Menu. For example, user hasn't got TableData Read Permission on Customer (Table 18), this user will not see Customers list in both Role Center and Department Menu. Some links for you:

    - About Users

    - About Permission Sets

    - About Permissions

    Hi Ramesh,

Mission impossible :-) cannot design tree structure format as you mentioned. A user has one profile at point of time only, and each profile links to a role page.

To hide department, use configuration mode for the profile, take a look at this thread community.dynamics.com/.../151712

I do not think this can be done.

What you have correctly pointed out are levels of the same page with different filters or conditions.

In the picture you attach you can see Sales Orders, and if you open that up you will see different items of the same Sales Order with different statuses or filters applied.

This can be done by creating different lines and having the same name on all of them:

    Captura2.PNG

You can see that for instance, for the Shipped not invoiced line, the filter of that is as follows:

    Captura2.PNG

So linking different actions that show the different data but with different filters can easily be done. Now, creating a tree view there of different action items (different pages) I don't think can be done.
