Linked bank account cannot import transactions

I have a bank account where I successfully linked online to login with username and password. But when I go to the payment reconciliation journal, I try to click import bank transaction, and receive the following error:
No bank transactions were imported. For example, because the transactions were imported in other bank account reconciliations, or because they are already applied to bank account ledger entries. You can view the applied transactions on the Bank Account Statement List page and on the Posted Payment Reconciliations page.
I have other linked bank accounts in the same company and they do not produce an error, and are able to use payment reconciliation journal fine. This is a multi-entity environment, up to date for that extension as well as the environment, v27.5. I have also tried to unlink, then link again, then import, and get the same error. I have not been ever able to import any transactions for this bank account yet. Any suggestions to resolve this?

Are you using Yodlee? Unfortunately, that’s pretty common with that service. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t and there's not much you can do to fix it.

How old are the transactions you’re trying to import? Some banks only allow you to import recent transactions,  such as the last week or so, so that may be what’s happening here as well

For that reason, I usually recommend importing bank transactions using a CSV file if you need something more reliable.

    Hello,
That error usually means the feed is working, but BC thinks every transaction returned for that bank account is already imported, already applied, or already reconciled, so nothing new is eligible to load; since this happens only for one account and it has never worked, the most likely things to check are wrong/duplicate online bank linking, existing entries on Bank Account Statement List or Posted Payment Reconciliations for that same account, or a feed date window that only returns old/duplicate transactions. If relinking did not fix it, I’d first verify the bank account is linked to the correct online account and then review those two pages for hidden prior imports; if nothing is there, this is likely a Microsoft support case for the bank feed rather than a normal user setup problem.
