ReportOur users have started using MR just last year and have started design different reports for the financial yer of 2015. Since the past few days they have started to generate those reports for 2016 and they are complaining that data from November and December is not showing up.
From our limited knowledge about MR we knew that MR syncs the data. So we searched online and we found that we have to check the last time every thing was fully integrated form the console (see image below).
The sync time was different, the solutions said to check if there are any errors on the logs within the console. We checked and found a very generic error (See image below).
With further research in blogs we found people suggesting removing MR services and deleting datamart db and creating the integration all over again. We are trying to avoid this as we have not done the MR setup as it was setup by external consultants.
