Is there any way of automating a data export of a Management Reporter report, creating a data feed, or running a report on a recurring subscription basis and saving that to a file location?

It'll probably help if I explain the problem I'm trying to solve. Basically, I want to be able to capture financial statement data over time based on the current definitions of our financial statement in Management Reporter (if our definition of the statement changes I don't want to modify historical information). As it stands, I have two options: (1) capture data manually at EOM through a standard report run, (2) try to replicate the report logic through SQL using Management Reporter's report definitions. The first option is too manual and the second is too complex.

If anyone has alternate suggestions, I'm all ears.

You can use report groups and schedules to set up recurring distribution of one or more reports, weekly, monthly and yearly. There are very flexible settings for relative dates, security, locations to publish to, etc. Any report opened in a browser can be downloaded to Excel manually thereafter. In initial releases of Management Reporter, publication to Excel could be automated, but as of 2.0 this feature was removed for "cough" security reasons.
