Is there a way OOB to automatically create a work order when an email is forwarded to a specific email address? Also, if fields can be pre-populated based on the data in the email body (the email is a template that doesn't change). An idea I have is to auto-create a case, but not sure if data mapping is available from the email body and if an additional step can be added to auto-convert the case to work order after it's created.
