Ed thank you Rite Retail does have a report that can be printed but this does not post the batches in summary so the file imported into GP can be a summary of all registers for the day and not individual register batch numbers posting.

If anyone knows of any method to accomplish this, please let me know.

I forgot to mention that Rite Retail has an addon that can combine batch numbers for you. It is called RITE Consolidated Z Report
basically NO.
RMS uses the batch and Z-Report mechanics to balance a register's cash drawer. There use to be a bug that you could take advantage of that allowed you to use the same register number for multiple stations, BUT DO NOT do this. It will cause other problems and I think it has since been fixed in later patches and releases.
