Create a custom "state/region" field

All I'm trying to do is create a custom "state/region" field that has a dropdown of all the states/ I can't figure out how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Hogan,

Are you trying to create a new field in a table?

If that's the case, create a relation with LogisticsAddressState table. This will create two fields for you - StateId and CountryRegionId. Please check Tables\LogisticsPostalAddress as a reference.

(This answer is assuming you are using AX 2012).
