I have deployed the SSRS reports for GP 2010 and users can see all the reports but they cannot run them. They get messages about not being to establish connection to the datasource. I have granted browser right to the reports plus the to the top level of data sources. All our non-GP reports work just fine. What else must I do to get domains users to be able to successfully run these reports? The domain admin can run all reports just fine as well.

You need to add your domain users to SQL, give them access to the appropriate databases, and assign them to the roles they need.
