Error initializing component with element id=’xxxx’ and with type=’null’: Object doesn’t support this action – CRM

Recently we upon closing an opportunity,saving after converting lead to mapping lead ,adding contact to opportunity,saving opportunity 

 we were frequently getting Script Error Notifications while navigating in CRM application.

In error report there is below content.

    I got the very error after closing a custome form without changing any of the values on it. Did you manage to resolve this? And which CRM version are you working on?
