Notification box on Home Page

Hi,

I am why for certain profiles there doesn't seem to be a notification box that appears on the homepage.  Are these specific to certain profiles only?  Can these be turned on or off?

    Hi,

    Notifications will appear based on triggers. For example, the 2 Notifications from your screenshot is for an expired trial subscription that may not apply to all users. Also, the other notification is for experience plan specific to that user.

    You can change how and where you receive notifications from My Settings.
