In PR workflow, user is getting approval request even he is not having access to legal entity

Hi Experts,

PR condition is based on the user role and one person is having that role but in the organisation assignment, he is restricted to that legal entity. Even if he is not having access to that legal entity, still getting approval request. Why so? what setup I missed?

Thanks for the suggestion but I see that "require explicitly assigned users" is already set. Still user is getting approval request.

You need to make sure the parameter "require explictly assigned users" in the workflow parameters is set.
