Hello
A transfer order of 1000 kg has been Picked and sent from WH 1 .
While Reeving the receiver is claiming he revived only 900 kg in WH 2 .
He received only 900 kg .
Remaining 100 kg is hanging in Transit WH T1
How do we manage this Remaining 100 Kg in Transit WH T1
We are using MS dynamics 2012 R3

See what i mentioned above. Once you ship, you can't cancel. what you can do is receive another 100 and then scrap the quantities, that way it wont' get added in your inventory.

If 1000 was shipped and only 900 was received, then you should be able to receive another 100 qty again. Just post another receipt. If qty is no longer valid and needs to be cancelled, you can try to receive 100 and during receipt mark it as scrap so it close your transfer order and don't add these 100 to your inventory either. Test this in non-production environment please. There is nothing that you have to do specifically on transit warehouse, it should all be managed via receiving.
