Why do we immediately get "Unsaved Changes" when opening a new Work Order Product form? Is it a bug?

Have you check to see if any business rules were created?

That is typically a tell tale sign of a ill-created business rule.

Hey Scott, no it happens in completely uncustomized fresh Trial instances with Field Service 8.6 and 8.7.

I created a MS Support ticket for that and they told me this is "By Design" and would like to close the ticket :-(

I have never seen such a thing before "by design". Usually it is bad customization which causes that, so I can't understand why now this is being regarded to be ok as it is.
